ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Please include your personalization for the tumbler in the "Order Special Instructions" in the cart. Please let us know:

1. What colour and/or theme you would like for the tumbler!

2. Any text, such as names, quotes, etc can be added to the tumbler as well. 

3. Upload any Photo(s) or logo(s) you would like on the design in the Upload Box
Please upload the photo(s) you would like on the tumbler. Recommended high quality .PNG files. The larger the better!

We will send a proof with mock-up photos for approval before production, changes may be requested at this time. **After mock up is sent, if we do not hear back within 3 business days, we will proceed to production and no changes may be made.**
After approval, no changes or alterations in the design may be done! Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the design process and an additional 2-3 business days for production! 

Each tumbler comes with a lid, reusable straw, cleaning brush for straw, and rubber adhesive grip on the bottom of the tumbler. Please note that each tumbler is handmade by us, therefore there may be minor imperfections.

Handwash recommended. Not for use in microwave. Shipping estimates do not include design/production time.

Due to the nature of custom made orders, we can not accept returns or offer refunds unless it is due to production errors or quality issues.
